How to Start a Return

Return Authorisation
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number along with return instructions. -
Package the Item Securely
Pack the product carefully in the original packaging, including all accessories. -
Include the RA Number
Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the return package.
Return Shipping
Defective, damaged, or incorrect item received
A free downloadable return label will be provided.
Change of mind
Customers must arrange their own return shipment and cover the shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
